Step1. Ensure that the surface of the balance block is clean and free of impurities by performing pre-treatment work such as cleaning, rust removal and degreasing of the balance block. Then, put the prepared balance weight into the electroplating tank, and electrolyte a layer of zinc on the surface of the balance weight.

Step 2. Post-process the galvanized balance weight to improve its surface smoothness and aesthetics.
