Tire Changer operation safety precautions

1 The tire disassembler is prohibited from being used outdoors.

2 The tire disassembler power system should be equipped with an automatic circuit breaker with an adjustable current of 30A.

3 Make sure that the operating direction of the hydraulic motor is the same as the direction of the arrow. Otherwise, professionals must replace the phase line.

4 Operators must be professionally trained, hold an operation certificate, and must not have long hair. Do not wear heavy clothes or wear ties, rings or necklaces to prevent it from being caught by moving parts.

5 Before disassembly, the tire must be emptied.

6 Before disassembly, the accumulated water in the fuel filter must be drained to ensure that the motor belt is tight.

7 All moving parts must be kept clean, cleaned with gasoline when necessary, and lubricated to ensure that the disassembler can rotate flexibly.
