Eccentiric screw customer

In April,we received an inquiry about adjustable camber bolts from Australia customer,B. We told him we have different sizes:10mm/11mm/12mm/13mm/14mm/15mm/16mm and asked him which sizes and what quantity he need.B asked the surface treatment and bolt quantity. There are chormed, black coated and green coated; About bolts, 10-12mm with 1 bolt and 13-16mm with 2 bolts.B need chormed and I quoted for him.Customers ask for samples, and we sent samples express tracking number to him. After receipt of the samples, we ask the customer about feedback,but Customer colleagues told me B had a business trip and come up 4 weeks later.I send email to B once each week,but no reply.

 

By early June, the customer finally come back and replied me the sample is very good. B asked me whether we packed as his request: 12mm with 2 bolts,2 pcs adjustable camber bolts and installation instructions in per plastic bag, attched label with customer item number and company logo on the bags. We answered him we can packed as customer's request. But He just planned to place a trial order(140pcs 12mm and 140pcs 14mm) for confirming the package and quality again. We express the little quantity adjustable camber bolts to B as his requirement. Finally in early July, B placed a big order.
