Lubricate before and after use.
1. Before using the tool, drip 3-5 drops of lubricating oil into the air inlet or oil filling port. When using an oil-water separator, 2 drops per minute is sufficient.
2. Check the lubrication of the clutch in the hammer housing monthly.
Shengshiweiye Air Impact Wrench Tool Instructions
1. This tool is designed to be lubricated with spindle oil or sewing machine oil (do not use regular engine oil or recycled engine oil, as this will severely damage the internal components).
2. This tool requires at least 0.5 m³/minute of compressed air, with a minimum pressure of 6 kg/cm² (approximately 5 horsepower air compressor).
3. The safe air pressure for this tool is 8 kg/cm².
4. To ensure smooth transportation and the life of this tool, a moisture filter and pressure adjustment lubricator (three-point combination) must be installed at the air compressor outlet to ensure compressed air quality and lubrication.
5. Before use, check the air compressor to ensure the pressure is at 6 kg/cm² and to check for excessive moisture. Drain the air compressor filter daily to maintain a clean and normal air supply. 6. To maintain optimal motor performance, add approximately 100cc of oil to the tool before and after each shift to keep the internal components lubricated and maintain optimal condition.
7. If the tool motor is operating smoothly or malfunctions, inject a generous amount of spindle oil through the air inlet, activate the trigger, and operate the tool motor. Repeat this process several times until the oil is clear. If the tool motor still operates smoothly, send the tool to a professional repair station for repair.
