2. Operating procedures

1) Tire dismantling method.

(1) Place the tire in a clean place and remove the lead on the rim.

(3) Tighten (or clamp) the tire on the workbench, adjust the position between the dismantling head and the tire, and lock it.

(4) Apply lubricant to the edges of the tire and steel rim (soapy water can also be used)

(5) Use the Zhongbiao River to reach the dismantling head, and the crowbar does not need to be pulled out. At this time, the workbench rotates clockwise, that is,

Remove the tire. Use the same method to remove the tire on the other side.

(6) For tires with low flatness, the pressure arm and pressure plate can be used to fully rotate the tire arm to facilitate tire.

2) Installing the tire

(1) Apply grease to the inner edge of the tire.

(2) Fix the steel ring on the chuck by removing the tire, place the tire down on the steel ring, and confirm the position of the air eye.

(3) Move your arm to press on the edge of the tire, step on the pedal, and gradually press the tire into the rim.

(4) Use the same method to press the upper tire into the rim to complete the tire installation.

(5) An arm pressure plate can be installed to assist the work.

3) Inflate the tire

(1) Pay attention to safety when inflating the tire.

(2) Observe the pressure gauge to prevent personal injury caused by tire jumping.

(3) Install a safety belt if necessary.

3. Maintenance and precautions

(1) The power supply and air supply must be disconnected before maintenance.

(2) After daily work, the machine must be wiped carefully. Always lubricate sliding and rotating parts.

(3) Check the air-water separator and oil mist filter frequently. When there is too much water, it will be released in time.
